Engine rough at low load, codes P0103, P007F and P142D

After a bit of advise, I have noticed just recently that my 2007 TDV8 was running very slightly roughly at light loads around motorway speeds, it was also smoking a bit more than I would expect. Then the other day it went in to limp mode. I read the following codes and then cleared them:

P0103-22(2F) Mass or volume air flow circuit high input
P007F-62(2Cool Charge air cooler temperature sensor - Bank 1 and 2 - Correlation
P142D-21(2F) Exhaust gas recirculation sensor D - Circuit low

I then took the car home and it didn't return to limp mode. On checking after a further 5 miles the Sensor D code had returned, but not the others. I had both EGR valves changed only around a year ago, any ideas on what this could be?

MC

Hi.

I have exactly the same symptoms and codes on exactly the same model - local indy is at a loss. Did you ever resolve it?

Otherwise anyone got any ideas?

Thanks

I'd start with contact cleaner on the MAF sensors. ______________________________
