mine ticks/buzzes behind the aircon control area too ...usually notice it when I first get in, then seems to go away

almost as if something is warming up before I start the engine Smile cheers

That one behind the air con buttons is a small fan. There is a small vent to the left of the buttons for the vent control.

The Other one the OP can hear is the sound of depreciation, you get used to it after a while Crying or Very sad 2010 Disco XS TDV6, 2009 Freelander 2 GS

the ticking noise when running is not there when the temp is above -2 degrees but at -3/-4 degrees it's there all the time.
it's on all the time the preheater is on also
startstone MK have heard it but say they or LR have never seen this before and are looking into it Shocked
