I'd greatly prefer to have a standard Pioneer unit to those BMW android units.

I had a pioneer double din in my old one, great piece of kit. Think it was the e39 fascia panel |

Thanks for the replies! I must have been googling the wrong thing these last two days. I was able to find a similar model on US eBay, and placed an order. I'll report back on how it fits.

It uses the original surround to the original head unit and sits inside it, so you end up with a strip of the grey colour... think I'd black out that bit... |
