Norway 2003 Range Rover Vogue Td6 Adriatic Blue
Front dirver Door locked

Hi
From time to time I cant lock the front driver door. Its typical in sub 0 degrees temps. Today I was not bothering holding the door while driving, sow i manualy lock it with the door locking button (center panel). yeah the door lock but now it will not open.
Iw driven the car sow that its warm, but that did not do help getting the door lock to open. Iw tried to open the door using the key, and iw delited fault codes. No good.

Sow whats this all about. Help is needed.

Funny thing. The door is now posible to open. lol'

the door latches/locks do get frozen easily....on my old td6 i took the lock out and greased everywhere and didnt have any problems after...

Wot Stan said. Make sure they are liberally greased with a low temp grease if poss. Also had this when skiing (-18 degrees) and a squirt of light oil into the mechanism and all moving parts solved it. Thumbs Up
