Running lamps

Whilst cleaning the car, i noticed a space for a bulb in the front and rear side reflectors. Has anyone wired these up? Pics? (I did search honest) Ian

Installed in USA market versions only - all their cars having amber running lights. I guess with European versions they just leave the bulbs out!
