LED headlights

It was rumoured that the MY17 would come with the LED headlights which we now know is not going to happen.I have read the info today about the new Disco and it comes with LED headlights. WT Censored ?? Do you think this could mean that MY18 will get the front end change or maybe just the LED headlights?

But it never has done historically! The RRS got all the tech first, touch screen, forward alert, ACE... etc etc etc

Even FL2 got the revised nav before Discovery & Sport Rolling Eyes

The L405 is presumably selling well enough at this point in its life cycle to not warrant any material changes. The one major failing was the infotainment which they have rightly addressed first and foremost.

If my experience of LED headlights on a 2016 RRS is anything to go by you wouldn't want them on a FFRR. They were worse than 65w tungsten bulbs! 4.4 TDV8 Vogue Baltic Blue MY11

Test out the new technology on the cheaper models first and when all the problems have been ironed out roll it out on the flagship model so you don't upset the ones at the top of the tree on the way...
