At least the number plate stays central, not like the appalling rear end on the Discovery. Who on earth signed that off? Never have I thought this slogan be more apt "Should've gone to Specsaver"

Not heard one person that likes it, even my local MAin Dealer thinks it looks awful!

Externally you'd expect it to look the same with all the camo wrap on it - all the L322's looked broadly the same - so I'd expect the same level of external facelift.

What colour are you going for? Let me know what delivery date you get please, would like to compare.

Loire Blue

Sounds like a December car. Another dealer was May.

Well my December car became a January car about a month ago. That's fine, as I'd get a 17 car.

Then yesterday, I hassled for a Jan date. "Er, looking like April or May. Maybe June".

Grrr.

Might sack off the whole idea.

I fancy trying a Tesla for a few months.

I have the local dealers MY17 AB 4.4 demo car for a few days with the new screen and electronics whilst they fix and paint my car.

First impression is that the sat nav graphics are better but not anywhere near the quality of BMW, secondly the destination input is quicker but still slow but navigating around the system is a lot faster. Overall design is slicker and with more time investigating I'm sure it will be a big improvement, although that's hardly difficult is it....
New instrument display is a backward step in terms of graphics and size of fonts used but the clock is a welcome addition.

I wouldn't want to pay much of a premium over a M16.5 although I've not delved very far into the new system as yet. I'm not a big techie anyway so the benefits in there are probably a bit lost on me.

If anyone wants to know specifics I can go and look for you.

Money no object, it's a no brainer. For me it's a nicer more refined car under way but I'm stingy so would choose the V6 as its almost as good. To be honest the V8 is not better enough to justify the premium.
It's either the V6 or the only other alternative is the SC5.0 which I succumbed to.
