New Member Hello

Hi,

Had my TD6 since June, after I got rid of my Jag S Type R due to being too small boot wise for baby kit. Loving the Range Rover, had never been on my radar until a chance encounter on a Jag website with a guy who wanted a car like mine, so we did a straight swap! It came with two sets of wheels, original & 22", which look great but are very rough due to kerbing. currently has the original wheels on. Looking forward to learning from the collective knowledge base over time.

They are definately 22", those tyres were on them when I got it, so they are the wrong size then?

Thanks for the comments lads, pretty happy with the car so far, it's done just under 100k miles & has been chipped so not too slow! Only major problem so far has been a severe shimmy coming through the steering wheel / front end earlier in the summer, made it undriveable! Turned out the o/s front caliper had jammed, £15 for a seal kit from Stratstone Perth and all ok now! (new caliper quoted at £202)

Meanwhile, are the previous comments about my tyre size correct? Have to plead ignorant here as the car came with the 22's on it already! How do you work out the correct tyre size?

Cheers.
