Some little has half-inched my wing mirror glass!
Came out to the car this morning, cowling was not displaced, no evidence of broken glass on the floor & the wires sitting there neatly leads me to one conclusion ....... somebody has deliberately removed the glass!
I suppose I should be pleased that's all they took and/or damaged

I once had a starter motor stollen from a car that was on my drive.....

on reflection i bet you're glad they didnt damage the housing..

I remember years ago I had a windscreen stolen out of my 1984 fiesta. They cut the rubbers and nicked the glass. Fortunately for me they left the tax and rear view mirror!!

Could have been worse for you, they could have damaged the cowling getting it out. PITA and not cheap for a gen one either but if they had smashed it then you would be looking at a good deal more! There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Years ago, my wife discovered that someone had stripped all the front panels, trim, lights etc off her sliding window Mini. The guy at the breakers felt so sorry for her, he supplied all the parts for free and her father put it back together.

There were b******s then and there are b******s now, the one's who think it's okay to use Car Park Accessories. Did I mention that are b******s?

Came out one morning and removed the bike cover off my limited edition GSXR750 to find faring and tank gone. Would have taken atleast 20 mins and they could have had the whole bike much easier. Claimed on insurance and was told fairing and tank were extras and not covered !!!!!! Worked for an insurance company back then and got it sorted but was a shock at the time 2015 4.4 AB

Just be careful of replacement it probably won't auto dim not sure if your original did

Same with the b****rds that hit my car in a motorway service station car park and drove off leaving have the rear of their car scattered over the road in front of mine. I was impressed my bumper and number plate had not been ripped off. At least they have a major bill for their own car. Tom
