By appearances that is an analogue tuner , the digital was thinner and I suspect an owner that put in a digital tuner later in it's life would be tempted to recoup some pocket money by selling it on after putting the old one back in to keep the MOST loop.

As others have said your XRA500060 is the last of the analogue models so the previous owner, or someone before you has removed the hybrid one and refitted the original analogue unit.

I upgraded mine from analogue to digital. Plug and play but a PITA to swap the boxes when the FF has RSE.

I wouldn't bother TBH. I've had it in several cars now and even on digital it's still 40 channels of sh*te. The DVD system is worth having to keep the kids quiet but TV when moving is dreadful, as you might expect. |
