anyone near Bromsgrove B60

First of all a healthy, happy and successful 2017 to you all

secondly I have bought a 1937 car on pics only, payed a deposit and I wonder if anyone could just check if the owner lives on the given address and if he has the car. It is in Bromsgrove.
It would be awfully kind and a good bottle of strong stuff will be yours to start the new year with.

Thanks Stan, did that allready and it looked as if the house is empty. That's what made me wonder. Could be an old pic, but...?
