Gents so here is the dilemma I have three keys now but only one works off the fob when I or indeed the workshop reprogram any key it works but knocks the others out all start the car and unlock on the blade oh its a 2007 4.2

Yes thats what I thought took it to the dealer and they dont have a clue but it literally just takes the last key and drops the others yet they still open the doors and start in the ignition just no fob |

Might not help, but on a RR Classic if you reprogram the key fobs, you must do all of them together (max 3 iirc)

Its the same on these and yes we are doing all three at once and it is only the first one in the sequence that hold the others drop out then if I change the order and start again it is only the first of the 3 that it holds |

You know NOT to put the second and third key into the ignition when doing the sequence.? It sounds as if you are putting each key in turn into the ignition which has the effect of restarting the procedure??
