Suspension inactive problems

Hello
I have just cleaned the compressor, hoping to cure a temp sensor problem. Followed Wiki and all put back into car no problem, now not only is the air suspension inactive still displayed, but I now have no suspension status lights showing on the control panel.
I have disconnected and reconnected the battery, moved the steering lock to lock.
What next?
Do I need to have it reset using a diagnostic tool?
Will it still be drivable?
Thanks for any advice. Got enemies? Good, you have stood up for something in your life.

Its generally a hard fault that puts out the control lights..is the car sitting at road height or access? Mine was stuck at road height and was still usable...you will need it reset now..if you can stretch to it then get an iid tool..i bought an icarsoft first which clears the faults but is limited in its functions..

Not the answer I was hoping for, though it is the one I was expecting.

Best supplier of IID tools at reasonable prices? Got enemies? Good, you have stood up for something in your life.

You will be fine to use rangey then.gap do the iid tool..links are in the forum somewhere...its about £400 for the Bluetooth version...i bought an icarsoft i930 for mine for about £90 brandnew from diagnostic world...quite good data reader and clears and reads eas faults but after a while I realised it was lacking and now looking to get the iid tool...

Well I have now had it reset, however the temp sensor fault on the air compressor is still there, can these be bought separately to the pump? Got enemies? Good, you have stood up for something in your life.

Not having much luck sourcing a new temp sensor. Does anyone know how the ECU finds faults, is it a 'normally on' supply that is broken when overheating, or a normally off, or none of the above? Got enemies? Good, you have stood up for something in your life.

Worth a bash or maybe email wabco with your query? Must be a source for them out there...

No luck so far with parts, now is not displaying any suspension function lights, so I believe in 'hard fault' mode. Strange thing is that I have now done over 1000 miles and it has not sunk at all, can the bags hold air that long? Got enemies? Good, you have stood up for something in your life.
