My car has stopped talking to me...

When you push the phone button, it used to beep. Then you talk. Then it repeats the function and off you go.

It still works, but no longer beeps or talks. It's still understanding me, but is giving me the silent treatment, so I can't (for example) listen to any of the help functions for radio, nav etc...

Radio and other entertainment systems are still working as usual.

Any ideas before I book it into the dealers?

I think you need to adjust the nav/voice volume by turning up the volume knob when the nav is supposed to be speaking - if you turn it down when its speaking it stays down!

If it is the volume, you can adjust this by holding down the left toggle switch below the power switch, it has musical notes on it. If you press and hold for about 2 seconds, it pops up a menu that lets you adjust all the different system sound volumes.

Good luck Smile Wink

Sorry "scarey", only just realised that you mentioned this earlier.... doh!

Hmm.. I'll give that a go tomorrow. Thumbs Up

Now I'm wondering how I could have turned it right down without realising! Shocked
