Radio frequency selection problem

Hello
You will forgive me my very bad English. (Google trad)
New owner of a L322 of 2009 I have a small problem with the radio.(MMM2 PARA LAND ROVER system)
I only have access to odd frequencies, whether in manual search or automatic !!! (For example the frequencies available go from 101.3 to 101.5 etc ...)
cordially

you have an american version radio tuner [or FF]...over there the spacings are 0.2 mhz apart so it would be 100.1, 100.3 and so on....

in the uk and europe the spacings are 0.1mhz so you get odd and even radio stations.. ... - .- -.

Another question on my part.
Can I access programming?
Or should he go to Land Rover?
Or replace the tuner?
What is the tuner reference?
I found the reference VUX500590. is it this?
