Sorry to awaken an old post but I have been bugged by this fault for months, anyhoo I decided to carry out an update on mine and see if it fixed it (as I was informed it's a possible software glitch) it went away, brilliant! Then and came back again.. "phone not fitted" argggh! I also went through my paperwork to check for history on updates at the same time, this is when I noticed it's previous registrations one of which (after double checking) was M3MJW, small world hey?! Glad I'm not the only one that's been affected by this annoying trait...
