I have seen a number of threads about the sensors failing but nothing about Valves being corroded and leaking ? ( if I'm wrong shoot me)

Don't discount the possibility that slow punctures (especially with harder compound AT tyres) are due to wheel corrosion, my 2004 car was terrible with poor wheel to tyre and wheel to valve sealing for a while, especially over the winter when I had Goodyear MT/Rs on. The tyre fitters then treated the wheel surfaces with a sealing compound and things improved greatly. Only Range Rovers since 1988 |
