Jeez how quick has Christmas came around or is it just me ... 😳 Already the neighbours have put up their trees and outdoor lights and the wife is giving me grief coz the grandkids want to know why we haven't ....

Back in my day lights and stuff never went up until 12 days before xmas .... 🤔🤔 ====================================

My goody lady won't have the decorations and tree up any sooner than 12 days before, and they come down new years day
I love Christmas time, but it does seem to go on forever

The neighbour asked, "Got your tree up yet?"

"Yeah", I replied, "up in the loft where it belongs until Christmas Eve".

There are 12 days of Christmas. None of them are in October or November. They start on 25/12 and end on 06/01. Nuff said.
