Depends on whether or not you like him; Jag if yes, Kia if not |

I tested a supercharged F Pace last week and really liked it, only issue for me is on that model you can't spec ivory leather, so no deal. The 4 pot diesels are popular, but to me that's not a Jag, because a Jag should have at least 6 cylinders.

If he really doesn't care, then the Kia is probably the best bet IMHO |

My brother in law just got a Sportage - pays something silly like £150/month - absolute no brainer at that price. |

My uncle is on his third Hyundai Santa Fe. Not my thing but he rates them. Very happy with the reliability, dealer attitude and service, it is very well equipped and he likes driving it.

yes got to admit that the kias or Hyundais look good for whats needed he does around 60k a year with the 2013 disco having done 210k in 3 ish years but tbh it hasn't been a good car been in for repairs so many times I also have a ford raptor for a tow truck that is coming up to the same mileage been a lot better than the disco and only has needed servicing and tyres so think either a sportage or santa fe will fit the spot cheers for all input |

Got to admit that I'd be driving a Kia if they'd tow 3.5 tons... If you look at the top spec Sorrento, it does everything a ffrr will and then some for a max of £40K and it comes with a 7 year warranty You've got to wonder how they can do it for that price My Dad has a Kia Sole and it has been nothing other than fantastic, and I know another chap that's on his 3rd Sorrento... he says he wouldn't look at another car... If you gave your employee a Disco, and you like him why not give him something that will be reliable Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Today I are one!
