| 4.4 Valve Timing Solenoid | |
Third and final question for tonight, hopefully an easy one, the only visible signs of oil on my 4.4 V8 petrol are around the Valve Timing Solenoids.
Anybody changed the seals on these before? Can the seals be bought or is it new part job (probably) and does anyone know if these just swap out or they need some sort of alignment/programming when you install a new one?

As you can see, its not a massive leak, but as I am trying to clear up 10 years worth of sand out of the engine bay I might as well do this as well while I am there.
