Finally got the bumpers back from the galvanisers, they had three goes at doing them and they were still far from good, lots of muck and detritus from not skimming the zinc before removing and just basically shoddy workmanship, had lots done there before with a great result so maybe I was just unlucky...

it's very marmite... I like the look of them painted as it keeps the look of the standard FF, then again I like the rugged, different look... I doubt I'll get round to doing anything else until the weather warms up so I have a while to decide....... Don't like the chrome grille so may paint that first.... Pete

Thanks guys some thoughts there, it's difficult getting something in stainless, boat chandlers are best but limited choice...
