Without dought the better of the two, can't stand Clinton who appears to me to be a truly awful women as far as I'm concerned. Appears to be a massive protest vote against the establishment, Hmmm, where else have we seen that lately. 2004 vogue

To me, the biggest issue influencing the recent events with Brexit and Trump and which will be seen in France, Germany, Italy soon is that the "establishment" (however you define it) completely failed to understand that the general public's biggest concern is immigration.

The old addage - "It's the economy, stupid" is long dead. Now it should be "It's immigration, stupid". Trump got it and now he's president elect, the rest need to wake up fast if they want any sort of political future.

Rant over. Is it time for my medication yet?

I'm left wondering that now Mr Trump is in, and he said that we would go to the top of the trade deal list.. will this be the kick up the butt the British Government needs to get their act together and start the "Get the Hell out of Dodge" article 50.. And will we be doing like the US and sealing our boarders.... of should I say flooding the tunnel Shocked Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Today I are one!

Well, I think the Americans showed who they really are and will get the government they deserve.

I happen to think he is the better of the 2 as well. However that is not saying much.

He has some funny views in relation to some of the more global issues. Now don't get me wrong I'm not a greenie, I drive a FFRR ffs, but climate change denial isn't an option any more is it? Well he's going to try and throw the Paris agreement in then bin (which he can't as its international law and rattified). Ideas of basically supplying Japan and S.Korea with nuclear arms...... well that's not at all inflammatory for the region!

And the wall. Well that was just a pile of BS.

And my fave...... "Obama is the founder of ISIS....." oh FFSS. For a man who can't rationally be an utter Moron, you can't get to his position in life if you are a moron, he does a Censored good impression of one!!

Anyhow he's been elected, and it's not my country so good luck to all our American friends. I hope he doesn't do any serious damage, after all you have only got to have him for 4 years, how much damage can he do in that time Whistle There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

I was reading about the US election in Sydney's Daily Telegraph last Wednesday and saw these comments about Nevada and Arizona. I wonder how many others noticed.

Was the Daily Telegraph accurately commenting without realising it? Laughing
