What is an Oil Service....???

My Westie is in for an oil service tomorrow as per service requirements but what exactly do they do on an oil service (apart from the obvious oil and filter change ) and how does this differ from an Inspection 1 and 2? 2021 D350 Fifty Edition - Carpathian Grey

when i took my SC for an oil change they woudnt stamp my service book unless i had the pollen filter changed as well..

i suspect that you might have to have the pollen filter included in the 'service' to get the stamp
