There's obviously been a run on them and they are having difficulty filling the orders. John

I'm furious. As I mentioned earlier, it was SWMBOs birthday last Saturday and I thought it would be the ideal gift. Instead I had to take her out for a meal which cost a fortune; apparently you have to pay extra these days for a tray and a plastic fork but at least the salt and vinegar were free.

I had sent an email to the supplier without response and then claimed back from Amazon. Got my 85p back from Amazon immediately. I'm thinking of claiming interest on the loss of use of funds for the month. 2012 5.0L S/C

I reckon you will get the items for free if you have gone thru Amazon refunds.

I started the refund process and have just been notified the refund will appear in a few days. A bit of a shame because I ordered ten of them; I was going to keep one and give the others to mates.

I submitted a claim to Amazon 2 minutes ago. 30 seconds later, I received an advice that my claim had been granted and a refund is on its way It's "bébéchoon", ackcherly, with accents. 'Steve' to my chums.
