flat battery

wondered why my battery was flat these past weekor so,I'd only gone and left my IID tool plugged in will i have damaged it in anyway?

If you are talking about the IID tool, don't think so - I do it all the time lol

Battery needs a slow recharge if you can.

As per the user manual:

The IIDTool is not designed to be left in place for long periods. Please unplug after use!

We have implemented a sleep algorithm but it hasn't been tested thoroughly under all possible circumstances. Depending on the state of the tool and mobile App, it could in theory not go to sleep thus consuming current. http://www.gap-diagnostic.com/
