I am buying a 09 vogue the weekend but it has the 2010 lights front and back and LCD dash so would that make it a 2010 onwards type? 2018 Suzuki Jimny 2003 written off

This new one has mudguards front and back already, would the steps fit just behind the front Ines? Or need adjusting? Or a different sort?
