Ok - my first winter with The FF is fast approaching and seeing as we haven't had a bad one for a while, this one will probably be a monster. Mine is kept on the drive next to my house and I wondered if the were any special measures I should take once the white stuff starts coating the land. I dont mean driving in general, just if there is anything that needs special attention to keep everything reliable(!) QUID FACIUM TIBI

Make sure you gummi pflege the door seals, as they have a nasty habit of freezing in the cold weather |

I use the Wickes Silicone Lubricant which works well Also make sure you have some decent low temperature screen wash - I managed to have mine freeze one day and had to keep stopping to put water onto the windscreen - never again. |

Take a small trip to Norway or Sweden and get them to get your car ready. They know what to do. Have a look at Edfors his posts on his misses FFRR, that is how you treat a car properly..................... MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!

Well, kind of, but with no fan it's pointless. And I've discovered that turning the seat heater on also activates the heating, and I'm rather concerned about my new FSR burning out. Anyway, sorry for thread hijack. |

Coolant change and flush if not done within the last 5 years, and if your M&S rated tyres are under 4mm maybe time to get a new set of rubber.

No tips required. You have a FFRR, which pretty much guarantees an Indian Summer all through the British Winter
