Shalz, please read my post again sir... I didn't say to buy a turbo as i was sure thats not in your budget... But a turbo bodied car sir C4S or alike as they are widely tipped to make the most appreciation... |

thanks CTC, re-read and get where you are coming from - the good C4S cars are also above £20k but the C4 I'm looking at has the GT3 aero kit (although not a valid substitute for the uprated brakes and suspension)...

One of the very best readers cars threads on piston heads is about an old 996. The owner uses it for European cross continent high speed runs , some Motorsport connection, give me a minute.. |

I had a 996 a couple of years ago. Fantastic car and they are seriously on the increase in value at the mo . When i got mine a few years ago you could get in a snotter 996 for under £6k and a half decent one for £8-10k. But now they are on the up (guess its due to the air cooled earlier cars getting beyond the reach of most people)
