Deployable sidestep motor

Hi Folks.
Today I removed my N/S Deployable sidestep as it is sticking. Having got them off ok
I easily freed off the rear hinge but couldn't figure out how to remove the motor so I
Could free the front hinge. Any idea folks?
Thanks in advance.
Gary
