Rear washer motor dead?

I found it on alibaba for 4usd inc shipment-i think bmw e46 s are same.
Is it just pull it out and plug back?
I would try the plugs but the reserve is full it would make a mess in garage.

I also found a cable-connector with 3 lines-behind left headlamp hanging but no place to plug any idea what it is?

Is back panel procedure applied only if the motor is working and no water situation?
