IID Fault code

Hi All

I have a few of the normal codes when using the IID tool about speakers etc so of no worry. I do however keep getting this code • P0407-21 (2D) Exhaust gas recirculation sensor B circuit low - General signal failure - signal amplitude<minimum

There seems to be no issues with the EGR valves as I can see them both moving at the same % etc on the live values and no warning lights or anything.

Does anyone have any info on this code and what the issue could be or is it just one of those rogue codes that's nothing to worry about?

Did find something similar on Disco3 site which pointed to an unplugged sensor but cant see anything not plugged in. Is there anyway to see which sensors aren't giving a signal on the IID tool at all?
