148,000 miles

Just booked and would like to do off road course, but not got knobbly tyres and don't want to look a fool getting stuck. However, on their website it says "But if it�s your first time, or if you want to look after your Land Rover, there are more gentle routes marked too"

I am tempted to pay the extra �20 but worried about damage - anyone been before? Is it really gentle or is it best to avoid?

Tixover has some very nice gentle tracks so you can do it with a L322 if it hasn't been raining cats and dogs the night before really.  l=Oo\________/oO=l l:OolΞΞΞΞΞΞΞloO:l

Should be good at Tixover - it's a bit more open than Yarwell where it usually is.

They run a course with optional bits, but very clearly signed - there is a run that's designed for road cars and supposed to be non-damaging unless you're stupid.

I've not done it in a FFRR though, but there are always people in Freelanders upwards there.

It can get seriously boggy in the back left corner and there are a couple of scary hills, but the team are very experienced and there will be a clearly marked course for road cars.
