I just Googled the base and one of the first links was Don's bulbs in the USA. LEDs are available off eBay. Also from AliExpress for US$2.70 Ron B. VK2OTC

Yeah, I can search Google/eBay as well - the base isn't hard to find, it's that base *with* the cool chrome/mirror finish, (or CANBUS-compatible LED with that base).

myself and a fellow member [pld118] replaced our SC rears with leds ..the pins were wrong but we filed down the relevant pin slightly and it fitted with a 'friction' fit....

it is a while since oi bought some for myself, but i got a pair, for a couple of pounds more than these. which i think are the right 'normal' type ones.
