Alternatives to OEM IR Headphones

Hi All,
I am looking at options for the 3rd set of headphones for the RSE of my 2006 L322. So far my understanding is that the same units were used from 2005-2012 and were originally manufactured by sony. Searching the LR part number comes up with offerings well over £150 which is too much to swallow.
I have also seen boards suggesting that almost any dual channel IR headphones should work? Can anyone with experience of this confirm please.

In an attempt to answer my own question:
A closer look at the headphones supplied second hand with my own car (which I had assumed were LR originals and which look remarkably similar) show that they are made by Rosen.
They are for sale new on amazon for £40 and one add specifically brands as RR:

I am pretty sure that other cheaper alternatives will work such as these which advertised the correct frequencies:

I have opted for the first ones and will post up if they work.

I went for these: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00O9M...&psc=1

Look like the same ones as you posted. Can confirm they work brilliantly and have dual channel too!

Just to confirm that the rosen IR headphones (https://www.amazon.co.uk/Range-Entertainme...B00LZRL81W )
worked just fine and were extremely similar to the original OEM pair I got with the car. Pretty sure the others would have worked as well.
DO NOT WASTE MONEY ON ORIGINAL HEADPHONES Exclamation
