Headlining?

A friend of mine has asked me what headlining on the interior is, thinking I would know... but I don't. So that's why I'm asking you. Thumbs Up

In your case headlining maybe = cotton wool?

To be fair.. if the OP's friend was a Range rover veteran from the Classic days.. then the Headlining could actually be a kind of drapped tent inner liner suspended purely from the light fixing and generally used prior to tinted windows to conceal the identity of those within.

.... Neutral again with the p1$$ taking.....

I don't know why new guys bother asking questions here any more. Some gobshite always has the smart remark don't they ?

In this case , I think we might find that the "headlining" refers to the piping around the leather seat. Why ? Because if you follow the think, and change the "headlining" colour, that's what gets changed.

edit : "follow the LINK"

Interesting that you'd ignore the jokey tone including 'couldn't resist' and smiley face and then call me a gobshite.

Your moral compass is wonderful- I 'love' knights in shining armour; always willing to get wound up over a playful jibe- OP if it ofended you I'm sorry I thought the emoticon would hint that it wasn't a serious ad hominem attack.

Actually Headlining is headlining- the fact that it changes the piping on a new build Autobiography is at best incidental and also how do you 'follow the think'?

Are you actually that retarded? How do you guys earn enough money to put food on the table, let alone buy a Range Rover.

HEADLINING - this is the fabric/leather/material that LINES the inside of the roof. The piping around the seat, rather unsurprisingly is called PIPING.

..the argument wasn't about headlining, but about gobshites. Funny you chose to become involved.
