Yes, Whitefire is transmitted over IR but uses multiple channels (LED transmitters) so you can switch the headsets from side to side. Standard IR headphones as used with Rosen units etc don't work on this system.

Actually not complicated at all to program using the IDTool (no dealer required) - its just the specific key blanks are difficult to get hold of, I wasn't really bothered as I've never heard of anyone using one, they only open the door on mine won't start the car, I got my key off Dan, can't remember how much but it came without a key blade which as I said above isn't really required. I think there are some on the Internet now (again without the blank key which requires cutting) for only around 40 quid Geoff |

Hi, I am picking up a 2010 L322 Vogue later today and also have RSE with no headphones. Can I please ask where you bought yours from or any suggestions on the best places to buy 2 sets from?

Have just bought 2 sets off John Craddock Ltd, part number LR020214 for £60 each +VAT. Next day delivery, so will have them in time for the bank holiday weekend. Fingers crossed..... |
