TD6 gearbox revving

Hi , had my car for 6 months now and it's fantastic !!
However this week I noticed that it seems to be holding 3rd and more especially 4th on acceleration , joining the motorway particularly it holds up to just over 70 before changing into top and then it's fine , still the same rpm at 70 , no errors on the dash , not had chance to do a diagnostic read yet .
I maybe just being cautious , but with the history of these boxes thought I would ask , it has 133k and a gearbox oil flush and change 9 months ago with no metallic particles and a brand new filter with a rebuilt toque converter by well known company done then .
As I say no other issues , but just wondered if anyone else has noticed this .
Thanks in advance

Hi , the change was done by a specialist so i don't think its that , and its 15k since the change .
The box had always had strange ratios and i just seemed to notice it more this week .
Will keep an eye on it , see how it goes .
