Didn't mean to seem condemning David It's just that people dress mutton as lamb here - and it's annoying Land Rover Addict

Thrasher, no offence taken - for me if it's not correct i'll get it changed. I agree mutton dressed as lamb, posers, etc etc. I will contact the dealer to find out why - maybe there is a flimsy reason - but yes i concur - rather like having a cessna with a 747 sticker on it (yes i have seen it). |

Oh dear. i have a supercharged grille on mine. because i prefer the style, not because i want it to be a replica. Black badge on the front and green on the rear. Can't say i'm that anal or bothered to change them. Should i leave the forum via the side door ? Apologies if i've posted this on my phone and it contains strange spelling and punctuation.. i just can't be bothered to correct it |

Should really swap the black grill badge for a green one. Would look quite different and stylish if your not an S/C. |

Ok, have spoken with the dealer (friday night 1940!), supplied to them with black on grille, nothing on back. On bonatti grey with privacy they prefered to replace with black for "visual-ness". Nice!.

No its not. I would agree with you if someone had put Supercharged badges on a TD6, but I can't see the problem with replacing the ovals from green to black. Which is why I've changed all mine to black, including the alloy wheel centres. I personally think they look better. In my BMW days, it was frowned upon to put M3 on the back of a 3 series, but no-one minded putting "M" on the boot. I'm not trying to kid anyone into thinking its a S/C cos it aint one and never will be. It still says Vogue on the back and blows black smoke out the back! 2010 MY Vogue SE TDV8 3.6 Stornoway Grey- fully loaded |
