BLOODY EAS

about to give up and sell this ff ive had new battery,compressor brought two diagnostic tools checked for leaks ,checked voltage on hight sensors ,still getting code 100 invalid articulation Evil or Very Mad Twisted Evil so im thinking i might be calibrating wrong Shocked so my question is ,,,with 19inch wheels what is your ff reading at standard ride,i now they say all ff are different but just a clue where to start as my factory setting was wiped .PLEASE Thumbs Up

just a thought, if you have a gap iidtool then you can revert to original settings as these are logged on the tool when you first use it.. ... - .- -.

If you work your way through the IID instructions to calibrate your system then it tells you exactly what to do, those figures mean nothing on their own, they just show the readings from the sensors...

What fault codes are you getting from the IID tool when you read codes from the EAS system...??? Pete

clear faults move 30yards suspension locks invalid articulation fault go on motorway over 50mph its very twitchy when sitting on drive it looks to high but stays level Big Cry

You need someone with some experience to check the live values on the move to determine where the fault lies...

Or change all the height sensors which will PROBABLY sort the problem.... Thumbs Up Pete

Hi Guys

The ECU does not actually try to get the vehicle straight. It tries to average out both sides.

These indicates that the calibration is way off and that the ECU is not able to reach or get close the target (0...) for any corners. This explains the articulation fault

Calibrations are never equal since they are dependent on the mechanical positioning of the sensors themselves.
