There is a setting on the FM frequency which will only pick up strong RDS signals - on the top of the screen in FM radio mode it will say FM or FMD - if you press and hold the FM button it will change from FMD to FM to FMD - cannot remember which way round it is but change that setting and you should pick up the weaker signals. Current Fleet:-

could be various reasons, tinted windows with the film containing metal, or maybe a rear dashcam causing interference...no power to the antenna amps?
