2013 Range Rover Vogue SE 5.0 SC V8 Havana

Well BUT if you have an USB connect already in your car - do you still need that 3,5 male connection ?

Unlike my Range Rover - our Jag has only the USB connect and you need a cable.... All my spelling errorz are belong to me!

It's an AUXiliary in plug, usually 3.5mm jack plug, a lot of the late ones have it as standard, I think you can get a kit to fit yours... Pete

Received ours yesterday and works ok.............. I say ok because its plugged into the aux at the rear and it works ok for music from the phone but then we cannot use the cars phone system.

But for £7.99 it will do for now. Range Rover quotes.....

If you have the iPod connection in your centre console and an OEM LR iPod lead, this is quite an elegant solution (although not the cheapest).

Sold out in the UK I believe and now discontinued - but gives full control of the iOS / Android device via the touchscreen and steering wheel controls as if it were plugged in (track lists / playlists / search etc) and also allows for usual BT phone usage.

They still make one with a USB connection, but I'm yet to find anyone who can vouch for whether that works.

Oh - and don't make the mistake I did of buying the Tune2Air WMA3000a with the lead pre-attached. It doesn't fit the RR. Past (too many to list, but a few favs)...

Should work with any car that has an OEM iPod connection that uses the 30 pin connector I believe.

Simply plug the Tune2Air into the OEM lead and it tricks the system into thinking the ipod / iphone is hardwired in.

Interested to see if it works in the Jag. Should do... Past (too many to list, but a few favs)...

Is your Jag cable USB one end, Apple 30 pin connector the other?

If so - should work, but so would this I believe.
