this morning at 7am the famous magic roundabout in swindon was shut and a gaggle of british leyland cars were driven round to celebrate the british car industry over the past 60 years..

there was also an AC cobra and an old bmw 2002 [i think] ..but hey ho, it made up the numbers... ... - .- -.

Ah yes the joyful choices of Sandglow (the colour of the Marina estate), applejack, pageant blue or oyster. My first car was a sandglow mini clubman estate. My Dad had his first Rangey at the same time in a colour called sahara dust. It was sandglow! |
