Can some explain that to me ?

It's the "Oh sh!t, didn't expect to actually win the vote" factor. They all know it's going to be absolute chaos for years and none of them want to a) do the work & b) have any of the fall out linked to them.

When it all goes horribly wrong these guys will surface again and start blaming all those who stiuck around and did the job they were supposed to. Back in a Defender!!

Looks like the immigration policy won't be able to change any time soon. After all, we need some immigrants to do the jobs the British won't do, like Prime Minister, Leader of the Opposition, England Footie Manager etc.

Oh so true

They are quitting whilst they're ahead - as then now realise that they are unable to deliver anything that they promised - but that analysis is spot on - they will continue to snipe from the sidelines about how they would have done better.
