Moon roof not auto-closing

I could have sworn it used to auto close. Now I have to hold the button forward. It still auto opens and and auto tilts. Am I having a senior moment or should it auto close? How do I get it to auto close again? 2014 FF Autobiography 5.0 SC

I've noticed the same problem on tilt - decided to keep quite in case it is a senior one!

I have to hold the button too for closing.

Having said that, I rare use it. Too dusty here!

Try opening and closing it a few times. And try holding the button even at the end of travel (both directions). It may reset it. It did mine, but it might have just been a fluke.

The motor has lost it's position memory , hold the button to open and at the end of travel keep holding it for twenty seconds , repeat for closing it and all will be back to normal . Simples Thumbs Up 2008 MY Supercharged
