Off in a couple of weeks to South of France was thinking of going A26 but fed up being held up at Lyon anyone any experience of going via Paris and using the Duplex tunnel think it has a 2m height restriction are we ok at that margin?

the FF is just a few cm' s lower than that so if your van is higher than the FF then it wont go under.. ... - .- -.

The telepéage gates (using a transponder) on autoroutes are generally 2m and I use them without problem.

No will be taking the RR just had all the rear arms replaced (after a no faults found mot pass ) but thought it was just a tad loose so replaced the lot and the shocks and front arms drives like new so she will go to south again |

We are down in Cap D'Agde for a few days then round the coast to Frejus then back up north to my sisters in Hesdin Pas de Calais so a good run for fattie how long are you over there for ? |

Wouldn't want to scare the natives haha we are down looking at property in Bezier time to get away from the rain or at least in next 3 yrs |

Thought I would update trip done found a couple of houses to go back and look at We did nearly 2500 miles all in a lot of it quite quickly and she never missed a beat best tour I have done and done a few in all sorts of vehicles xjs ,Sovereign, Aston,volvo 760 estate, and a variety of Range Rovers this was the best and of course its good to know that you lot are around for advice if there had been a problem |
