2012 L322 sidesteps.

I have a 2012 L322 Westminster and am looking for side steps and mud flaps front and rear, has anyone experience of the less expensive alternatives to the Land Rover ones. Regards JAD

welcome to the forum.

the quality of the after market steps is a bit hit or miss, some will be ok but not as good as the OE from LR..

i to have just bought a westie and re-fitted the steps i had on my old SC but they dont have the flaps attached..

Thanks Stan,

You get what you pay for, but the OE LR ones do seem expensive. Although I have been offered a pair at £700.00 due to excess or old stock. Regards John

thats a lot more than the circa £120 aftermarket ones.....you could find some on ebay and look at the feedback, this should help in a decision.. ... - .- -.

Hi JAD1

my advice is when you have a car that you purchased £80,000 then there's only one
Range rover self deploying side steps - just excellent !!

Had 5 FFRR now and theirs no comparison

Worth every penny and look far nicer on the FFRR
and besides the just work - and nice engineering !

Have a look at them before you rush and buy any
Also after market steps must be a no no
A FFRR deserves better - stand out from the crowd.

Ireland 2010 Range Rover Vogue SE TDV8 Zermatt Silver

Have to agree with Emirates A380. I had the retractable sidesteps fitted to my 2010 MY Vogue SE (had flaps front and rear fitted at the same time) and although a wee tad spends they have been fantastic, and add a great look to the car. My dealer did a not so fantastic job of putting back the interior trim, so that'll be a new search. FF MY2010 3.6 tdV8 VogueSE
