It's got bloody cushions Shocked

The car is my only safe place - every soft surface in our house is piled high with the bloody things - I have to shift them out of the way just to sit down..... and don't get me started on unloading the bed before I can get into it.

That's a beauty. But no steeringgear, shifters, pedals, it drives itself and you guys are moaning about cushions.....?

I think we have to trust Rolls Royce to shape some of the future, though that car does seem a bit far fetched.
However, when you consider the detail of their year 1907 offering to the world, namely the silver ghost, it's still a beautiful Jewel of a car. Streets ahead of anything of the period. Money wasn't an issue, for their customers.
I just marvel, at how the guys dreamt up its design, and with the then current technology, fabricated the chassis, coach work, engine, drivetrain etc...its just something so fantastic, and intricate, it just has to be one of the best cars ever made, by men with hammers, blow lamps, and lathes.

But....with RR being owned by an EU member state now, it just won't happen nowadays, unlike the glory days.
