VERY surprised to hear that about Williams. I used to work for them, and know the care and attention to detail they place on every customer and vehicle. There have been a lot of changes there, but I do know the sales people there are top notch. I certainly wouldn't hesitate to buy from there.

In fairness, when you reach the point of rejecting a car, most means of resolution have broken down, there's probably some acrimony on both sides; and it tests all parties, who might just see the other as someone to be wary of.

As an owner of 9 previous RR I am experienced in things going wrong and you are correct, they were dealt with in differing ways. Williams were very good at dealing with sales and support over the years I have dealt with them and I have recommended them on this forum for the way they dealt with a new L405 that I had issues with.

Had a quote from GS for first service on my autobiography of £484. Also asked for a service plan price. I can have the first 3 years servicing for all in cost of £1322.00 which can be paid in 15 instalments at no extra cost. It seems it's an overall reduction of 10% and prices frozen for the duration. A good deal methinks. What's the general consensus guys? Agueroooooooooo. 93-20
