Memories

I stumbled into one of my previous Discos today which I thought had gone to the great scrapyard in the sky years ago.
It now has 190K miles on the clock and the Yokohama Geolanders I put on it before I sold it.
One of the few cars I regret selling but nice to see it still soldering on.

It's a great feeling when you see your old car still on the road.
You can look up your old car at the dvla website, if you google dvla vehicle general query history. You should find a link to enter you old reg, and vehicl Make,
and it will tell you if it's mot'ed and or taxed.
It doesn't tell you if it's still 'not yet scrapped' Ie, in a garage

A friend of mine bought a car from me. It WAS pristine, unmarked, dent-free and frequently attracted favourable looks and comments.

I can't bring myself to look at it now.

I realise it's his to do or not do whatever with. However, it still pains me and brings to mind something someone once told me; keeping a car nice nice only benefits the next owner.......I disagree but there is a something to that all the same.

Nice. I have a similar one (with similar mileage), but over here the front turn indicators are orange, not clear. Is that a UK/NAS thing?
