Trying to work out if the red one is an actually emergency vehicle thats still in use because if it is, the emergency service concerned must be well skint !! Haven't seen one of these in use in years.

That's a mate of mine - he was actually trying to park the P38 on the other side of his TACR - the Mazda hit it with sufficient force to shunt it over, before the car shot forward with the shock of the impact making him 'step on it'. That road has a 20 limit on it, too.
